Welcome

Fairfax/Brundage Neighborhood Partnership (FBNP)is a local, non-profit, accredited, community collaborative serving approximately 25,000 residents in a largely unincorporated area of southeast Bakersfield. FBNP's mission is to concentrate the resources of public and private agencies, community based and faith based organizations, and individual community members to empower residents to strive for good health and well-being, and self sufficiency, and improve the quality of life in the Fairfax/Edison community.
The Partnership designated the boundaries of Towerline Rd., Hermosa Rd., Mount Vernon Ave., and Niles St. in southeast Bakersfield as the target service area. This neglected, mostly unincorporated, area falls between two larger collaborative service areas, East Bakersfield Community Collaborative and the South Valley Partnership servicing the Lamont-Weedpatch-Arvin areas.
